Note: at eUp, BA is different from the BA we often know. This name is to distinguish it from PM. The nature of the work is the same, but BA is not the one who comes up with the original product idea, and PM is the one who comes up with the original product idea.

For example, a PM comes up with the idea of making an app to prepare for the TOPIK exam with detailed explanations and a personalized roadmap. BA will add other ideas to bring better and business-feasible products to customers, going deeper into exam research, and other features such as word lookup, pronunciation learning, tracking learning efficiency, leaderboard, sales logic, etc.

BA’s tasks are the same as PM’s tasks above, so I don’t mention them here.
